MFP (Museum of Filipino People) AMBASSADORS
The MFP Ambassadors are a dynamic group of art patrons from across the Philippines, whose annual donations help the MFP provide opportunities for people to enjoy and engage with contemporary culture and ideas. Being an Ambassador is a great way to support the MFP and offers you the chance to be more involved.
Ambassadors receive invitations to an exciting program of curatorial previews , special events as well as a copy of Kulay, MFPS’ bimonthly publication . Overseas art tours are also organised and offered exclusively to Ambassadors.
Ambassadors are acknowledged for their generosity on the honour board in the MFP Lobby, in Kulay, and our Annual Report. While the MFP gratefully accepts donations at all levels, the Ambassador Program starts with an annual tax deductible donation
of Php 50,000.
DONATIONS
Individual donations play a very important role in the life of cultural institutions such as the MFP. The Museum greatly relies on the generosity of individuals to ensure the success of its exhibition and education programs. Your gift will allow the Museum to build and preserve the collection of Filipino artists for future generations to enjoy.
In recognition of your commitment to the future of the Museum of the Filipino People, you will become part of the MFP Advocate Circle and receive invitations to special events each year.
TRUSTS & FOUNDATIONS
The Museum of the Filipino People welcomes donations from trusts and foundations including family foundations and Prescribed Private Funds.
Support from foundations allows the MFP to undertake projects that extend the scope of its work, increasing access to the Museum and bringing Filipino cultural artworks to wider audiences. Projects include education programs that facilitate lifelong learning for all, especially those with disabilities or disadvantage and touring and research projects.
Family foundations may also become involved in the Museum through the Ambassador Program (see above).
